A free 30-minute call. We listen for a process with a real cost, access to the systems involved, and a person who will own the result. If those are missing, we stop.
Process
We start in the work you already do, then we make one path reliable on hardware you control — so data stays in, and you are not renting the AI by the token.
2. Design
We write the path: trigger, steps, systems, failure cases, and what “done” looks like. You approve that before we build. Scope lives in writing.
3. Build
We implement on your VM or on-prem box, with logging so you can see what ran. Data stays on your network. The system keeps working without a usage invoice.
4. Handoff
Docs, a walkthrough, and a short support window. The workflow has to survive a week when we are not in the room.
